What we collect
When you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect the information you provide: your name, firm, email address, and optionally your phone number, role, an indication of your advisor count or AUM, and any message you include. We do not use this form to collect sensitive personal or financial account data, and you should not enter any.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your request, schedule a working session, and follow up about Levanta. We route each submission to our sales team at sales@siliconhillstech.com. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We use Twilio SendGrid to deliver form submissions to our inbox, and Vercel to host this website and provide the analytics described below. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how this site is used — which pages people visit and where they arrive from. It sets no cookies, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.
Each page view records the page address, the referring site, filtered query parameters, approximate location (country, region, and city), and general device information such as browser, operating system, and whether you are on desktop or mobile. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request rather than a persistent identifier, and that hash is discarded within 24 hours — so visits cannot be linked together over time. We see aggregate totals only, never an individual's browsing history.
Data retention
We retain demo-request details for as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of the conversation, and remove them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have shared with us by emailing sales@siliconhillstech.com. You can opt out of further contact at any time.
Product data
The Levanta product is built to run against data inside your own cloud environment, with sign-on through your identity provider and least-privilege, logged access. All screens on this website use masked or synthetic data. See the Security page for details on product data governance.
